McDonald's Chicken McNuggets are not considered a healthy food option due to their high fat, sodium, and processed ingredients content. While they provide some protein, they are also high in saturated and trans fats, particularly from being fried in hydrogenated oils. Additionally, they contain high amounts of sodium and various additives and preservatives.

Well, pink slime was debunked as a soccer mom myth. McNuggets are made from blasting leftover meat off carcasses, then basically making chicken burger out of it

Furthermore, you're not fooling me Chang, McNuggets are still 100 times more healthy than ramen shilled here, aka sodium soup with zero vitamins or proteins

I'm still gonna buy nuggets, canned chili, chunky soup, etc for convenience food and be 100 times more healthy than the skeletal college students who fell for the ramen meme
