Season then glaze chicken legs with honey, put in a baking dish. Mix soy sauce with a bit of ketchup, honey, ginger, onions, and garlic. Pour the sauce into the pan, bake, then flip for the last 20 minutes or so.
2) Steak with oyster sauce.
Season steak (can also add garlic and onion powder) and cook.
Make a sauce of 1 part oyster sauce, 2 parts soy sauce, and1 part dark beer or stock (you can play with any of the ratios, but I like it salty), then add a dash of sesame oil and mirin or other preferred cooking wine. Reduce the sauce, then serve over the steak. Optional additions include mushrooms and gochujang or honey in the sauce.
