They seem to have a lot of milkshakes advertised. The service was really good and extremely fast. Reminded me of chikfila. The beef itself was quite memorable but the food overall was nothing exceptional in terms of fast food. They call their burgers butterburgers but I have no idea what that entails exactly. The cheese curds were nice. They have their own root beer which was better than average as well. I didn't even think about the sliced cheese when I ate it so it must have just been that mediocre flavorless cheese type product slices. It was $13 total so about the standard scalping these slop places are charging these days. All in all for the price I won't go out of my way to try it again.

The burger itself was very mediocre, the meat patty was cold and hard as a rock, the cheese should have been melted but was not, had no mayo so it was like eating grass but in actual fact was lettuce, the corn and potato gems were hard as a rock, cold and the stupid slut that served me did not put any salt on them, the only thing they did not fuck up was the drink. 0 stars**

That cheese. Goddammit I'd be upset about that. It's so cold you can even see the edge where it folds over the next piece on the stack. Just your standard 'deluxe' American cheese pack. I've seen it in many walk-ins. If you don't add it before you take the burger off the heat you get that shit right there. Not okay.
At least the bun is browned.

i always assumed cheese curds were just a canadian/poutine thing essentially, but i guess maybe midwest has them too? maybe up north enough. cause i remember being told you have to be close to where they're produced, they can't really travel

>poutine thing
You'd be right but Wisconsin is known for firing their cheese
Not that it's exactly renowned, but I know that Utah dairy farms for example does 'squeaky' cheese not unlike how it comes on Canadian poutine, and just sells it cold by the pound in a bag

that's good food, it's classic fresh ingredients prepared in original ways. Premium ingredients and spices, that's the way I like it.

Culvers was S tier in the 2000's era, when every burger was a giant flavorless shitty boomer puck. Nowadays its a 6 or 7 out of 10, not even because it's worse than previously, but because there are so many good and great burger places competing now

and you can't say in-n-out, shake shack, smashburger, the habit, five guys, freddys steakburger, fatburger, big boy, whataburger, checkers/rallys

Red Robin does pizza now, Johnny Rockets are all mall/tourist locations, and fudruckers...well I just made myself sad. RIP fudruckers

I just wanted you to compare it to what's left lol. I wasn't about to hear you say a Carl's or BK burger beats out Culver's even on their best day, and I feel the same way about 2000s Whoppers hoe you expressed circa Culvers

literally the only fast food in my entire region is McDonald, burger king and Wendy. I have no experience with 95% of these places you guys talk about.
There used to be a dairy queen but it's gone, long gone.

What makes a guy eat a burger with unmelted cheese instead of returning it because it's obviously undercooked

There needs to be a Fast Food general on this board. Something to contain the autism so we can actually talk about restaurants and cooking without sifting through 12 threads about McDonalds.

The bun looks greasy, but not the meat patty. What the fuck.
