Started as a tornado omelette, ended as folded eggers.

Shit's difficult, probably I'm making something wrong with the chopsticks.

Greek Mountain Tea
Greek Mountain Tea
md5: 4737004a9833b02107298be0e197d4f3๐Ÿ”
I bought some duck eggs once, they smelled weird and we too oily. Took some home-grown duck eggs from a friend and they tasted the same. I don't like them.

Quail eggs are nice, I taste no difference.

Haven't tried any other.

I buy 12 eggs for 2-3$, If I buy 25 it's cheaper.

Once a month a friend gives me 30-40 eggs when she comes through my city. She also gives me Greek Mountain Tea that she grows in her garden.

>they smelled weird

I too noticed a somewhat strong smell, like cured meat, but the egg tasted nice and rich without significant strange notes.

Keep in mind that I cook with goat ghee, so it has a distinct flavor that may cover or complement the more neutral eggs.

I should cook one duck egg with the Marco Pierre White ultra slow scrambled method

>I should cook one duck egg with the Marco Pierre White ultra slow scrambled method
That's what I did, I like a soft scramble and I use good olive oil and butter but still there was something off about them, also as I said too oily which makes sense because ducks have much more body fat than chickens.
>Thatโ€™s pretty nice of your friend
Yep, I give her good olive oil that I buy from Greece (I have a connection) and cheap medicine (it's cheaper in Greece than in my country) and she gives me eggs, tea and meat sometimes.
>eggs do you normally use in a week?
I eat 3-4 eggs almost every day. Probably 15-16 eggs a week idk...

The difference between her eggs and the regular supermarket eggs is so apparent, her's get creamy and the colour is so much deeper. She has an outdoor coop and they roam around and feed on bugs and flowers, and she feeds em mostly veggie and food scraps, no commercial feed.

I fucking love eggs, especially from a /fit/ perspective. I eat 10 large Canadian eggs daily. Either egg salad (hard boiled, chopped, mixed with a bit of mayo) or scrambled for easy consumption.

If I want to treat myself then its over easy served on toast or with a steak.

Today I made duck eggs in the stainless steel pan and they become scrambled in 30 seconds, literally over cooked under my impotent eyes. Chicken eggs are not like this.

>How's the tea taste like?
It's hard to describe, it has a slight lemony citrucy taste, mild floral taste maybe?!, idk how to describe tea lol.
It has no caffeine but it still gives you a boost, I think some famous writer used to drink it when he was writing. But it's also good for before bed, it makes you breath easier and I get a good night sleep after I drink it. It pairs nicely with ginger and honey. Also good for iced tea.

I hard boiled some eggs and pickled them with hot brine, let cool then refrigerator. They've been in there about 2 weeks now and one of the eggs has a faint black spot, and I didn't add any peppercorns. Should I be worried?

Last 3 weeks there hasn't been any eggs left at Aldi. It's annoying me since I recently discovered that I can bake eggs in my air fryer (130c/260f with no fan on) and it's much easier to make my egg sandwiches.
