>>21403994i usually drizzle some oil in a pan, toss in some garlic, chilis, or something, and then progressively add the rest; i like my tomatoes quite well cooked so they often go in early and i like how when they sorta smush the tomatoeyness goes onto other things
then at the end i throw in the leaves and put the lid on for a couple of minutes
it's easy and i like it a lot more but idk what to call it
i think the only vegetable i like to boil is carrots but i typically eat them raw
