What kinds of sauces do you like with your burrito?

For me, it is a jalapeño or tomatillo salsa, or some avocado thing, no matter the meat.

Guacamole salsa is really good.

When I lived in KC there was a place called Burrito Bros that had Valentina on its tables. First time I'd ever had that sauce and I was impressed, I put it on every bite. I've grown out of it, though, it's too overwhelming.

Burritos have rice and beans.
Also ofc the veggies and sauces are very different and to a lesser degree the meat is cooked differently.

Burritos just have a different texture, feel and taste than Gyros/Shawarma/Doner

I like the corn relish at Chipotle, but it's too damn salty. There's also a Mexican place near me that does a white salsa that's mayo with chilis and garlic - very good.

The key is limiting wet ingredients, toweling them off, rice is a good edition, if I was to make it then it would be a chicken carnitas with rice and salsa roja.
