Do you go for the T-bone, or the lamb neck?

What to misunderstand her point, you pair of morons. If you just get steak, it's $15.99/lb but if you add potatoes to that plate, they're not ringing up at a different price point: they're also $15.99/lb. Why would anyone get potato unless, like the two of you, they're idiots who can't understand simple things?
>>21403971 (OP)
Probably the lamb. I don't know the doneness of the steaks and don't want to wind up with shoeleather. Neckbones are generally braised and that looks the case here.

While the concept is amusing, that seems far too easily exploitable. And what happens if you weigh less when you leave, do they pay you?

You have never eaten Lamb, so you wouldn't know how neck is normally cooked.

I would probably try the Lamb, I have eaten steaks in the USA before and they are on the whole a bit tasteless, the Brits, Aussies and Kiwis do the best Lamb but I have never tried it before in the States, so I would give it a try.

Lamb necks, the steak looks grim, the lamb has at least got some fat to it to keep it more edible

No you haven't
You clearly have no idea about how neck is cooked (usually braised) and it's VERY rare to find dry lamb cooked this way. The steak looks dry but the lamb doesn't.
Stop making up stories and go back to your fast food threads.

I doubt any American grocery is selling "lamb neck" by the pound. This is obviously somewhere else.
