Sun down happening now ish so I will be eating in like a few. It's still really good as you can just change how you spice you meat and beans.
Raw broccoli spinach salad, with hard boiled eggs, farm raised brined chicken thighs, tossed in a pepper lemon vinaigrette, sprinkled with cold pickled kidneys and pepitas. Polish it off with a tall cool Budweiser. For the main dish I'd go with a tallow fried breaded veal with a creamy tomato sauce, bellas and Parm risotto, and a small loaf of dark rye with a pat or two of fresh churned butter. Wash down with a Woodford old fashioned, ask for extra cherries. Hell just have a couple few of those. For dessert I'm going with a nice platter of tiramisu miniatures dolloped with freshly whipped cream. End with espresso, cigarettes and mints. Then take your gal back to the hotel and fuck her holes like she's a dirty whore with every appendage you've got and on every surface in every room until she screams and squirts and cums till she can't anymore.

Things that do: Dairy (esp in lactose intolerant people), spices, meats, some root vegetables like garlic/radish/onion, carbonated beverages, oils. If you're used to digesting fiber then beans, cabbage and kale should be no problem.
Nothing has ever come close to a frozen pizza with a ton of pepperoni on it.

Beans slow your digestive system so only cause gas in people who have a very fast system. sugar, flour, oil salt etc.
