>tried to kill myself
>ended up in medical debt, lost my job due to hospitalization
>struggling to find a new job
>end up on EBT
>no friends, isolated
>still struggling with goyslop addiction as a skinnyfat
>doesnt even taste good
>goyslop replaces my social life
>goyslop soothes my PTSD
>cant get professional help because I am technically not obese, so they don't take me seriously
what the fuck do I do? I can't afford to go out, quit social media too. what can replace this? it has nothing to do with convenience, I walk 1 hour to the store and back just to grab this junk, I don't even keep it in the house. Tried giving my EBT card to my roommate but freaked out and ended up taking it back. I have a problem /ck/.

Prepare home made coleslaw and chicken for a week. One head, whole egg olive oil mayo, roast chicken, coriander, spring onion, radish, avocado, add kale -if you’re gay. You’ll lose 10kgs

Define "goyslop" first. Are we talking fast food? Or like microwave meals?

Restrict yourself to only home cooked meals for 3 or 4 days of the week and slowly move to 7 when you get some skills. Learn how to cook simple foods. Peasant food from a region known for their cuisine is a good place to start. There's delicious peasant food from all over the world. Many peasant dishes are extremely delicious, almost always very inexpensive, and filling. Don't think less of them because it is peasant food. Your goyslop is literal cattle feed far beneath that of any home cooked meal produced with fresh and quality ingredients.
