Both common brands but I've only seen Celebrity as a canned ham and Eckrich as a brand of Johnsonville/Hilshire-like kielbasa-type sausages. I was unaware either sold anything meant for the deli case and I've never heard of or seen Sahlen and I'm not even sure that's what the label reads.
What I wanna know is what in the clittydiddling fuck is a "nugget ham".

When I make scalloped potatoes and ham, I will go to the deli and ask them to cut off a 1" thick chunk. They just grab a big knife and give a big thick slice of ham.

I dont do it anymore now that ham is $14 a pound.

Back when we had a counter-sized deli slicer I'd buy two whole smoked chicken or turkey breasts. one was for slicing the other was for me to eat. only wish it had a bone or a handle
