I will eat an entire bag of chocolate or a tub of ice cream or yogurt in one sitting. Food isn't cheap enough to do this everyday. I'm not fat btw I'm actually almost underweight.

Switch to a raw meat or at least majority rare cooked meat diet. The cravings come from sugar once you start eating real meals you'll stop getting hungry 30 minutes after it

straight up just stop buying the food that makes you binge eat. you can't gorge yourself on junk if there is no junk in your house. it's much easier to practice discipline at the grocery store than it is once you've already brought the food into your home.
try to limit most of what you eat to just your meals throughout the day. if you need snacks, buy stuff you won't feel compelled to binge on, like fruit, protein bars, stuff like that. also download a calorie tracker and log every day, you have to hold yourself accountable somehow. you will still be tempted to cheat it and probably will sometimes but building that habit will reinforce good behaviour.

also I just noticed you said you're underweight. so maybe you aren't eating enough at mealtimes to fill you, or you have long stretches in the day where you don't eat anything which could compel you to binge eat when you get home. what does your typical meal look like, and what's your meal schedule?

Eat large fibrous starchy meals, like oatmeal, or bean tomato stew. I'd avoid pasta and rice because they don't have enough fiber. take a multi vitamin to get all the necessary nutrients, and consume non fat dairy for protein. Use aspartame or some other artificial sweetener to add flavor.
large starchy meals will make you feel so full that you won't want to snack.

Also, you must abstain from eating fat. Fat is addictive and what is primarily responsible for your hunger pains and bad habits.
And it's important to develop a healthy fear of tooth decay and perform a full cleaning and flossing of your teeth after eating. This discourages snacking. I only eat twice a day, sometimes once a day.

oh yeah, Use rubber fingertips so the floss doesn't cut into your fingers when flossing.
I also wear nitril gloves so the floss doesn't cut my fingers when I wrap it around them.
Doing this makes flossing a breeze and pain free.

stop eating out of the bag? I keep plenty of exotic candies, chocolates and snacks in my house. I have 4 cabinets in my pantry just for foreign things for odd cravings, and I do not overdo it. I am able to have 12packs of crunchie bars and turkish delight from England, and not even touch them for weeks. I can enjoy a random Baci or Mozart chocolate with an after dinner coffee.

You need to put a portion into a bowl, onto a plate, then be done when it's done. Be mindful between bites, and think if you need more, slow down a bit, and maybe you'll portion a tiny bit less the next time you make a bowl of that ice creamm that ended up too sweet or rich, or chex mix, or popcorn, that got too salty, or whatever it is...If I have dip n chips, I'll also have some cut of veggies or fruit for the dip at the same time. Cheese and crackers without grapes or apples, means I eat more of the fatty cheese before satisfaction. Dinner that is good enough for 2nds needs a small soup or salad course first.

Also, drink enough fluid each day. Thirst is supposed to be easily confused with hunger.

Finally, you're not fat (so you say), but drugs help cravings go away.
