The UK has them only for full breakfasts because they are considered an irregular unhealthy treat and because they are so modular they are generally listed in sizes from small to large so adding a meme-tier huge option isn't hard. Of course it's also because for us an eating challenge is a bit of a joke not a key cultural foundation like it is for americans.
