Buzzballs had the right idea but again it's not actually cost effective.
You'd need something that's 12 ABV, comes in 500ml, is raspberry flavored and costs about 65 cents. Which is actually possible but you'd be cutting it very close.
You'd need to use a combination of glycerin, stevia and sugar to sweeten it while keeping the overall calories low.
Base spirit would need to be oat + malted wheat to keep it soft and sweet.
