I think it's a good match. We make a sauce for noodles with sesame paste, peanut butter, and soy sauce. We top it with chili crisp and poached eggs. I like it.
For the summer, we add vinegar, sugar, garlic, cold noodles, and shredded cucumber/carrots. Like a noodle salad.
>>21409144 (OP) Cold sesame noodles with this shit on it is kind of the same thing but less weird because you have tahini and other stuff with the peanut butter. It's good. >>21409203 YEAH BABY THAT'S WHAT I'M TYPIN ABOUT

>>21409144 (OP) Chili crisp and sesame paste are the foundation of bang bang sauce which is so good it ought to be called banger banger sauce
>>21409203 Oh I forgot to mention, the peanut butter is thinned with some warm water, adding a little bit at a time during stirring. Otherwise it'll be lumpy and too salty. You should use creamy peanut butter, but I've done it with chunky too.
>>21409144 (OP) the lee kum kee brand is better with more flavor.

>>21409203 Can you help me improve my peanut butter noddles?
I mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, honey, peanut butter, and chopped garlic over medium heat until it thickens. Then toss with noodles, top woth sesame seeds and chopped green onion. It looks fine, smells great, but after a few bites it always makes me feel gross
