Boar's Head SETTLED a dispute about an alleged listeria infection at one of their alleged facilities. They never claimed fault, and they paid a bribe, which means that there never was a listeria infection, and Boar's Head meat is safe to eat, Dumbass.

i used to get those like a decade plus ago all the time at Stop & Shop, havent seen them in forever though, assumed they stopped making them.

i like Frankies (the fast food place and they sell them in certain grocery stores in an 8 pack) which I think might only be in CT and MA, ive never found them in other states which ive only realized in recent years, used to think they were a brand you could find anywhere

If we didn't have organizations like OSHA or ICE, then we wouldn't be hearing about things like this. End fascism now! Abolish OSHA!!
Just think about all those illegal immigrants that don't have jobs now because all those government agents with their nazi rules shut down that Boar's Head facility.
As Upton Sinclair's Jungle taught us, the solution to the capitalist menace is SOCIALISM.

Anyways, my favorite dogs are normally surprisingly blended between pork/beef/chicken and aren't just 100% some kind of meat. These are good.

Look, guys, guys.... you need to change your perspective. OK, maybe Boar's Head sucks at making safe & healthy deli meats....

But on the other hand, they seem to be among the world's top Listeria farmers. There's gotta be a market for that, right? Like doctors doing research? Top medical schools around the world trust Boar's Headโ„ข brand Listeria cultures to be the best, the most virulent and contagious.

And hey, has your son been pestering you to buy him a pet dog, but your landlord won't allow it? Maybe he'll be happy with a smaller pet, a MUCH smaller pet, like a cute little Boar's Head Listeria monocytogenes. Just buy Timmy a microscope, and he can watch MILLIONS of them cavort and play on a single slide! Listeria could become even more popular than Tamagotchi or Pokemon.

The one I liked as a kid was called Kahnโ€™s which is a memory that just unlocked I had forgotten about, guessing they donโ€™t make โ€˜em anymore since I havenโ€™t seen them in a grocery store in at least 20 years or more. They used to be common as hell, every store had โ€˜em when I was a kid, they were usually the ones weโ€™d always get. I think they tasted kinda similar to Ballpark from what I remember of them.

The industrial food processing industry is notorious for hiring low-class foreigners. Been this way for quite a while. Check out a 2001 book called Fast Food Nation, which was later adapted into a movie. It's a good starting point and might make you think twice about eating anything coming from an industrial processing plant.

SS and it's not even close. The lamb gives it a great flavour and it has a satisfying snap.

These are my favorite. The Kielbasa one is ok too. Without skin is gay.
Hebrew National is ok too.

major letdown for me
maybe i got a bad batch. they had a chemical taste to them, almost like soap or something, and it wasn't the cooking surface. not sure. they used to advertise so much on local radio, old-timey recipe etc, but damn they sucked

they've got big balls to sell them in boxes of like 24 only or whatever it is. i've never been to the actual store because i try to avoid new britain, but would it kill them to sell them in a reasonably sized package?
their kielbasa is pretty good though

The original and still the best.
I don't see the point for the Hot Dog industry when Nathan's was the first and hasn't been outdone yet.

I can't stand that they all use honey. I think they would be better without the sweetness but such a thing basically doesn't exist.

Mini corn dogs are fantastic. Not much for the big ones. Always seem to have an excessive amount of batter.
