I prefer almond milk. Cow milk is just gross. But almond milk is too watery.

>Cow milk is just gross.
wrong

most storebought other milks are watery shit and they usually add calcium so they can say it has more than cow milk which makes it taste like chalk. if you like it that much you're better off making it yourself. even plain rice milk isn't too bad when it's not watery.

m8 you gotta make the jump to oat milk. it's everything you wish to love about cowmilk without drinking a cow's foul excretions. creamie, nice texture, pretty neutral flavour, makes amazing hot cocoa or choccy/strawberry milk, good in hot coffee, and I use it to make iced coffee often. it's the bees tits

The "better" choice between almond beverage and regular milk largely depends on individual dietary needs, health goals, and ethical/environmental considerations.

For protein, natural calcium, and a broad spectrum of naturally occurring nutrients, cow's milk is generally superior.
For those with lactose intolerance, dairy allergies, or who are looking for a lower-calorie, lower-fat, or vegan option, unsweetened almond beverage is a good alternative.
From an environmental perspective, while all plant-based milks generally have a lower carbon footprint than cow's milk, almond beverage has significant concerns regarding water usage, especially in specific regions. Other plant-based options like oat or soy milk may have a smaller water footprint.
It's important to check nutrition labels, especially for almond beverages, to be aware of added sugars and fortification levels.
