Low quality meat with bad pickles and fake cheese.
Just buy ground beef and cook that.

Save money by only ordering the patty instead of ordering the sandwich minus the buns. Pic rel was less than $1.50 (I believe $1.20 for the patty, $0.30 for the sauce) with the free fries with $1 purchase.

Hamburgers really aren't that far from health food when you think about it, you just have to take out the bread and avoid adding a bunch of sugary sauces (this includes ketchup). Then you're left with ground beef, onion, vegetables, cheese, and natural animal fat. Of course your results may vary based on where you get these ingredients - McDonalds vs store, but if you're going to be a lazy fuck and eat fast food and try to be somewhat healthy this is the way to do it.

You can actually order the quarter pound patties individually instead of the regular patties, and they usually sell for like $1.15 -1.50, depending on the location

You have to order them in person and pay with the app in order to be able to order them in the app.

Same with McChicken patties. For both, you can pay normally and then just enter the receipt number into the app. Then it'll be in your recent orders.
