What are you thought on people who grind expensive cut of perfect steak meat to make burger or any other ground meat dishes? being it restaurant or eceleb cooks
I feel like its missing the point of using ground meats to begin with
you dont see people using ribeye cuts for pot roast

It makes sense for certain sandwiches like a cheesesteak. You’re not grinding the beef but you are thinly slicing a ribeye using a deli slicer
