I've never seen it get bad rowdy, even at like 2am. It gets busy as hell on the weekend during brunch hours, and is busy from like 6am-9pm on Sunday. It gets a little boisterous on Friday/Saturday 11pm-2am, but just groups of drunk folks having fun conversations with their friends loud, not fighting like you see in the memes.

Youth don't really go there in my experience. After bars close it skews slightly younger (21-35) but the rest of the time it's old people and families with a few couples.

The pattymelt is kino, extra pickle. I like chili on my hashbrowns.

That's wild, I live outside of Knoxville TN and honestly have never had an issue at one, and I've been nightshift a few times in my life so been at all hours.

For real? Isn't Decatur the origin of Waffle House? Shameful, the one there should be open.
Did they do it because of nigs fighting too much or something?

In Fayetteville, NC there are two waffle houses across the street from eachother that have cops frisk people after 10pm because the gangs pick one and shoot at eachother across the intersection. I would always go to the Car Dealership one and not the Walmart Parking Lot one.

>am i crazy or did they reduce their portions on everything?
Actually... we did.
We reduced portion sizes by 64.83%, even with our eggs. A little known fun fact about Waffle House is that we recycle our eggs, in the sense that we use the other 35.17% of reclaimed egg to make eggs for other customers, but we then reclaim 35.17% to make eggs for other customers. It's a very complex undertaking, stealing food and tricking customers into giving our employees tips, so that we can make a profit and not pay our employees minimum wage.
