If we had a lot less documented and undocumented immigrants, and we were allowed to send rapists to prison, I can pretty much guarantee there would be a lot more affordable housing.
Or we could build houses in the 98% of Canada that we haven't touched yet, and yet claim as our territory even though we don't even have a military.

I'm not even going to deny this.
I get paid by Chinese nationals to spy on "Americans" (I put that in quotes because Canada is also in AMERICA) and they pay us with laundered money from Russia. Since, you know, they can't directly spend that cash to pay off their debts to Western nations and SHEEEEEIT.

Like... I don't know, usable oil or various minerals/elements or whatever that could be sold on the open market for high prices?
What about using that land for farms, or for affordable housing options for humans, or harvesting the trees and planting new trees so that there will be something to harvest decades down the line?
