the portions are small because you are expected to eat 10 or 15 of those things, they are designed for your to be full by the end.

Don't worry OP. The way youtube algorithms work is they must always be doing something newer and bigger and flashier to make their next video a success. When they make $1000 on their video the next one they must spend $1100. When they spend $1100 on the next one and it only makes them $400 they still have to spend $1200. Its a constant wager for them to go all in just to make an income. Most youtubers are nearly broke unless their videos are consistently doing big viewer numbers.

If you'd like to end the cycle, stop watching junkfood content like a wealthy guy buying a new toy or an already rich person buying overpriced michelin star food.
