Gee, why don't you buy some cheese and potatoes and figure this shit out for yourself?
I'm not your mother or father, and I'm not your fucking mammy.

>teenage years
>we have some white convection oven that sits on the counter
>every day for weeks wash 2-3 potatoes, stab with fork, rub with oil and salt
>bake 450ยบ until can easily pierce with fork
>cut potatoes in half and spread shredded colby jack or sliced provolone
it was like easier potato skins, not having to scoop out anything, no bacon bits or butter or sour cream

she had food trauma because people made her eat things until she threw up when she was a kid. it was more that everything else upset her.

potatoes are actually pretty nutritious for something starchy and the cheese provides complete protein, fat, etc. overall you're not going to do too bad just eating cheese and potatoes but it's not the healthiest thing either.

>Kelly has eaten nothing but cheesy potatoes for 30 years

lol, you don't say!! I'd have thought she was eating light salads all that time.
