I've gotten some good ideas from here, learned about foods I otherwise never would have heard of, received a bit of good advice, and I've given anons some good advice as well.
Yes, 90% of the threads here are garbage, but there is some actual food and cooking discussion if you look for it.
Your thread is one of the worthless garbage ones btw. If you want to see good posts and discussion, then make good posts that invite quality discourse.

This board and /diy are two of the more useful boards. If you discard silly arguments over whose regional food is best and complaints about fast food there are some good recipes and suggestions here. I have asked for recommendations several times and the gotten good advice here.

Dude what, there isn't a single thread worth posting in on /v/ and it's the same threads every single day. Half the board is just some weird cope over Nintendo dying and the other half is Brazilians picking the dumbest easiest most casual retro games they can find and making recurrent threads on them. I don't think there's a single person on /v/ with a proper rig, it's all consoletards and poors.
