Let me tell you about my experience with this fucking burger. This is the Big Arch Burger from McDonalds. APPARENTLY it's "iconic". It's another American import reaching the sunny shores of the UK from the US menu, alongside the Grimace Shake and the Shamrock Shake over recent months (Both of which were decent to me, a milkshake enjoyer). It contains 2 beef patties, 3 slices of white american cheese, pickles, lettuce, crispy onions, regular onions, and Big Arch Sauce.
I got this burger not 20 minutes ago because, with it being warm as shit here in the UK, I wanted a milkshake, and I thought 'well, may as well give it a shot' in regards to the Big Arch.
Let me fucking tell you, this is the most rancid-ass burger I have ever had the misfortune of tasting in my life. It's like if a schizophrenic man tried to make a Grand Big Mac in a bando using only the recipe that Ronald McDonald gave to him during a ketamine dream. It's fucking vile.
Not only do they, as always, overload the burger with lettuce to the point where it's akin to fishing through a box of packing peanuts to find your actual package just to get the burger out of the box, but the sauce. Holy fucking shit, it's awful. It's abysmal. Compared to the standard Big Mac sauce it's like eating a puddle on the side of the road. And, of course, they absolutely lather not only the top, but the bottom bun in said sauce, to ensure that it turns the burger into a sloppy fucking mess.
Aside from this, it's a regular McDonalds burger - Disappointing but passable when you're hungry or drunk, however, this particular burger breaks that mold. If I ate this drunk while coming home from a night out, I would be spewing it back up on the shutters of a TK Maxx in record time.
This is without a doubt the worst burger I have ever eaten in my life, and while the milkshake is good and an astoundingly rare commodity here in the UK, the rest of this burger is going straight into the bin.
