I really enjoy mild fermented Peri Peri sauce.
Not too hot , but a complex fermented flavor.
Any other sauces like this?

Trader Joes near me stopped carrying this and the Nando's sauce isn't that good.

I had a bottle of this. What pairs the best with it? I never knew what the fuck to put it on, so I just used it as tendy and rotisserie dip.

Use it as a marinade and glaze for grilled meat. Mix it into any sauces . Its great as a glaze or dip.
