I want to make pudding, but every recipe I find is either use jello pudding or incredibly complicated. Can anyone hook me up with a simple pudding recipe?
>>21416369 >egg Stop that. Just do a starch pudding. Rice and tapioca puddings are classics for a reason. If you don't like the bits and bobs, I wonder if running it through a blender and sieving the results would help. Otherwise, cornstarch puddings exist.

>>21416384 Yeah, but if this lady finds pudding difficult/complex, the only thing I can imagine that would be the "difficult" part of tempering the eggs. That's why I say to just go with starch pudding. idk about you, but every custard I know how to make is done on a double boiler and I would guess to someone inexperienced, that can seem daunting.
