I had fries for lunch and I got chest pains and felt like a grease blob and mentally unwell the entire day. I got a crispy chicken burrito for dinner not expecting it to be as bad and I feel awful now as well. I didnt want to eat healthy greenmush so Im paying for it. What causes this?

I don't know. Maybe your body is as retarded as your mind and it just realized what the fuck you've been poisoning it with.

I can tell you I ate like you as a teenager and then it started to disagree with me. And once I added more fiber and vegetables in it wasn't so bad. Of course I grew out of regularly eating fried carbs all together and found out what healthy eating really tasted and felt like, and now it's how I choose to live. And I'll live longer because of it.

No it can’t be that. It’s not in my esophagus. It’s left side pinpoint localized pain in the chest area not the throat

I was referred an a gastro and a cardiologist. Had every cardiac test imaginable and all came back clean. Had an endoscopy and that came back clean as well. Was on PPI's for a while and the pains went away but had to stop ppi's because they caused me stomach pains. Now the chest pain (both sides, seemingly random spots) came back as my reflux gets worse. The only explanation left is that it's reflux. I also get upper back pain after I eat. It's all gastric.

Somewhere in those fries and that chicken burrito is a digestive irritant. They're different for everyone, so it could be anything. Though one ingredient two fried foods would likely share these days is the oil. But who knows. It could be the preservatives or whatever other shit fast food restaurants coat their slop.

As for healthy green mush, yeah it's good to live a little. But just because something tastes good it doesn't mean you should eat it. Find something healthy that you think looks good and tastes good. It doesn't have to be the same shit everyone else eats.

feeling shit from a burrito sounds like a bit of a red flag, homie. You should consider the possibility you have a serious illness and prepare yourself accordingly.
