try different kinds of beans. i seem to get more gas from lentils but not pinto beans. you might tolerate some more than others.

if you're making them from scratch you can soak them overnight and drain them which gets rid of some of the sugars that cause gas.

if you eat them regularly it might go away a bit as your gut flora adjusts but there will still probably be some lingering gas.

take a supplement like bean-o.

It's just an excuse to get the usual trolls out to criticise everything on the plate, along with the usual comments about 'German planes flying overhead' or 'Searched the world for spices but . .'

It gets boring and YES, I agree, why not post your own pictures instead of scavenging pictures from Reddit? It just means it's a low effort troll thread.

Yw, you can also rinse them thoroughly before cooking, but thats not really necessary imo, depending on the dish ofc when you want to keep the juice
