I have been eating pork 4 times a week for the last all years of my life and have never incurred this problem.

If you really have encountered this, why not just smell the meat when they hand it to you at the counter ?

That's never happened to me in my entire life. Maybe the place you get your pork from isn't the most sanitary of places. Perhaps you should report them to whatever health agency handles that kind of thing. Or, if you don't want to bother reporting them, then at least start washing your meat.
