personally i like these videos from Asian countries where they go back into the kitchen and film the food being prepped and cooked, or just hang out at food carts. ASMR-ish i guess, there's no narration or anything so it's not like an annoying network show, it's good background noise. and yeah i guess there's a bit of "place/place, japan" kind of going on there too. i'll have to try to find some more accounts like this that do this same format in different countries outside of Asia.

this guy's stuff is alright too, he's a chef at a hotel and does POV recording of his job. kind of interesting seeing how these places prepare so much food at once as someone that's never worked for a place that makes food at this scale, lets you see how the sausage is made so to speak.
