So damn good, haven't had it since I was probably twenty years old.
At my last job I made some mexican style braised pork and I used a little bit of some ultra sweet pineapple soda in the cooking liquid. My coworkers and I all loved it so much, I made a big thing of nachos with it, complete with a kind if mexican mornay made from a bunch of cheese ends and it was divine. We all stood around and ate the big ass plater of nachos.
Nowadays I just use pineapple juice with no added sweetener and it basically hits the same notes.
