Is the cheese under the sauce?
Rate mine frens. It's only my 3 so I'm still trying to find a good recipe and learn the correct order topping

the dough looks dry and could use more time in the oven (specifically, under the broiler). Not bad for your 3rd attempt though

>>21421655 (OP)
sounds good. a delicious sauce and proper dough would be great.

I thought it was the recipe. Wouldn't broiling result in an even drier pizza? I think I should have cooked it at higher temp for a little less time (but the pan said 450 max and no broiling), I put too much sauce, and all the toppings should have been on top of the cheese.
I want it to be more like a little caesars deep dish/pizza hut, or a foccacia. I've heard cast iron pan is best though

yea, high temp and less time is key with pizza. I mean, if your dish can't handle it then do what you can. I use a pizza stone and take the ovens as hot as they can go (usually 500-550 F max) around 7 minutes and then 1 to 1 and a half minutes under the broiler. If you notice your crust is getting kind of dry since you're baking for longer, you can try brushing it with some oil.

>deep dish
I did this accidentally using a pan similar to yours, but you do have to add quite a bit of oil before you put the dough in there. enough to reach the ends of the upper crust area. As it bakes, the oil will absorb into the crust and it'll basically fry. I love it, but imo it's too much oil for me. But it's nice to enjoy once in a while.

I'll try again with that in mind. How bad can ingesting pan extract be amirite. Brushing the edges with some oil would probably help, yeah. I did add some oil so the sides and bottom were decent. I also purchased a deep round pan for Chicago style, I'll try that next

I also make cheeseless pizza but that is just a smooth pool of sauce on top of bread. Are there actually just zero toppings on that thing? You could have least baked it long enough to put a few charred spots on the sauce so it wouldn't look so sad and incomplete.

This appears to be a salmon fillet pounder to smithereens to such a degree it is now thin as paper. I'd like to slurp it up like a fresh, tender, freshly peeled foreskin sheet, then lick my lips exaggeratedly like scoopy do

Looks a bit burnt but would still munch
Ive been thinking of making my chicken bacon ranch pizza I havent done in years and its delicious but I dont deserve it yet untill I start exercising more cause that shit is loaded.
Dough layer cooked almost all the way, then let cool a bit, ranch and cheese while you cook up some diced chicked breast. Best to make the bacon ahead of time so yo can crumble it. Add the meats, then back in the oven for a bit to let it settle in and your happy with the crust.
Dice up some tomato and fresh lettuce and after it cools for a bit throw that on there with a light drizzle of ranch and jizz your pants.
