I'd try it. Maybe make the dough stuffing-flavoured somehow and top with crumbled sage sausage to mimic my sausage stuffing.
Is the sauce turkey gravy? The sauce should be turkey gravy.

There's a local joint that does Thanksgiving burgers. Turkey burger, cranberry jelly and idk what else since I've never actually had it.
