I feel like I can only stand about 3-4 tablespoons of cheesecake before it just gets too rich and cloying. It's like eating straight butter or creamcheese. Like having a big bite of buttercream frosting.

I would rather have a fluffy light cake with a cheesecake-like filling as a layer rather than have a whole slice of straight cheesecake.

I made a key lime pie a few months ago and made the mistake of being lazy and using the store bought graham pie crust. It was the most vile gritty garbage I've ever had in a confection. Definitely make your own pie crust

I only had cheesecake a couple times in my life and both times i couldn't even finish a slice and felt like puking. Did i just have really bad cheesecake or is something wrong me? Has it happened with anybody else?
