Probably like small pieces of chicken....oil them up, season as you like, stick in air fryer for 15 minutes at 350F/176C. Robert is your father's brother.

I group them together in kitchen foil, with butter and a couple of crushed garlic cloves and whatever herbs and spices do well with whatever you're serving it with. Then I seal it up, put in on a tray in the middle oven at 200 for 40 minutes. I use the juices in a sauce or in the accompanying sides or whatever you like to call them.
