As promised to anon 2 days ago in the "have you ever eaten a whole pizza at once" thread, but shit happens and I didn't get time
These are the Aldi pizza bases, the sodium is too high for my liking but I don't have the patience or equipment to make my own dough

First, the sauce
Mix all this shit in a bowl with a bit of water. If you're not using any protein powder you probably won't need the water. Quantities depend on the size of your pizza of course

Now for the toppings
I won't use all this but it's hard to know how much you need until it's on the pizza. Any surplus you can eat in a sandwich or something
>>21424182
Pizza is the only time I eat bread so not worth making only a small batch. really can't be arsed

Do you occasionally have the craving for the pizza platform? I can definitely see the seasonings and toppings going with rice or pasta.

Appreciate you posting the cookalong, itโ€™s very interesting.

Eggplant, potato, and sweet potato
The order depends on how big your slices are
If I was using Chinese eggplant I'd slice it lengthways and put it on last, in a star pattern
I'm not gonna use the pumpkin after all, I don't want to stack the pizza too high or it'll be hard to eat

This block of tofu was rather crumbly because it was sitting in the fridge (covered in water) for longer than it should have been
