I really wonder why bleached flour is more expensive than unbleached flour.

Like, it's 20% cheaper to get bleached, despite bleaching having 1 extra ingredient (benzoyl peroxide [yikes!])

Normally flour has to be oxidized by aging because after milling you get green flour which has undesirable properties.
Bleaching removes the need of aging the flour
