>KC masterpiece BBQ sauce with some extras thrown in
>caramelized onions
>Applewood smoked bacon
>Tillamook cheddar cheese

Burger looks good, the arugula doesn't belong on a BBQ burger and arguably any burger, too many onions. Need to see a cross section.

Sound good. Seitan brand? and how do you prepare it? I like to cube, boil, and drain the seitan before stir frying it to get rid of some of the bitter off flavor.
