Making some BBQ burgers on the grill.
>80/20 grass fed meat
>KC masterpiece BBQ sauce with some extras thrown in
>caramelized onions
>Applewood smoked bacon
>Tillamook cheddar cheese
Pic related. Last time I made it.
Those onions don't look caramelized.
>onions are raw
>way too much sauce
>bacon is undercooked
>argula is sloppily placed and dry
>unnecessary reliance on names like Tilamook, Applewood, KC Masterpiece, instead of just making a good burger
>burger is invisible
>>21425466 (OP)You should be hanged by your neck for making this burger and calling those onions caramelized.
>>21425466 (OP)OP I think your burger looks delish.
As for me I had a birria torta and fries and now Iām uncomfortably full
>>21425466 (OP)>What's for dinner tonight, /ck/?seitan, rice, mushroom, spinash stir fry. already ate it, no pics
Burger looks good, the arugula doesn't belong on a BBQ burger and arguably any burger, too many onions. Need to see a cross section.
>>21425785Sound good. Seitan brand? and how do you prepare it? I like to cube, boil, and drain the seitan before stir frying it to get rid of some of the bitter off flavor.
>>21425466 (OP)I'd definitely dress the arugula, another place to add some tang/flavor
regardless I'd be happy as hell to be served this
