Apple pie sandwich.

Stewed honeycrisp, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, corn starch, and a small bit of water and butter.

Would've been good with whipped or ice cream but I was out ingredients for/both. Maybe an icing drizzle honestly.

Apples could've been more tender. Poor man's apple donut I suppose.
