What foods would you recommend for those who choose an intestine-free lifestyle?

apparently you can live without a stomach as well which is baffling to me. I knew someone whose wife had no small intestine. crazy shit. I'd have a very hard time not killing myself.

>no small intestine
You'd be dead. I guarantee it's hyperbole. They just removed part of the small intestine.

In ye olden times yes.
But today it's possible to get your nutrients via IV.
But if you still leave some part of the intestine or HAVE your intestine but >>21428851 no stomach you can live by specific easily digestible liquids and food.
You DON'T NEED the stomach to live if you have fitting non-stomach food. It is one of the most effective parts of digestion, but if you basically eat intestine-ready mixtures you can survive. THey will usually form a small sack to replace it, so you can at least store a little bit, but it cannot digest anymore.

Also very important: B12.
The stomach secretes the Intrinsic Factor, which is required to resorb B12, so without it you in the old days without supplementation would have died by B12 deficiency.
