I very rarely make egg fried rice, last two times I just made a simple chicken and rice in the oven. Idk maybe it's something else but both times it was a few hours after i ate it.

Bro I stopped eating rice a long time ago. It’s too high on the glycemic index and I get hungry again really fast. I replaced it with all the cruciferous vegetables I want. Best bowel movements ever and I just can’t get fat. I also only eat lean meats like fish and chicken breast, steamed. If I need some extra strength I’ll eat a bunch of potatoes…but then again I work hard manual labor.

White rice has less arsenic than brown rice.
In US rice from California supposedly is best.
And avoid rice from south central (like Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas) because of past cotton farming arsenic-based pesticide use.
