>>21429527 (OP)nowadays I just do it like this, boil noodles in water, strain most of the water leaving just a little in there, then start dumping cheese in there. If I'm feeling spicy I'll make a white gravy, melt cheese in there, and then dump the noodles in that instead. Either way I typically use a bunch of different types of cheese for it for best results.
