Microwaved.
With ground beef and/or sausage and cheese.
The trick is to microwave in 30 second increments then stir.

I'll cook ground beef in water with whatever seasoning I feel like, then freeze.
When hungry just add some with 2 or 3 eggs.
Stick it in microwave and great meal in minutes.

I just learned how to make half-boiled eggs. You boil water and add the eggs, just like making boiled eggs, but you take them off the heat and cover. Let them sit 7-8 mins, then crack them into a bowl. They're super gooey. Then you dunk toast in them

Besides carbonara, Southern Italy had numerous savoury custards, most meant as a pasta sauce but at least one I can think of is served as a side dish to roasts, particularly lamb. They're all fantastic. I'm cooking one this evening, actually. Pasta with zucchine, Neapolitan style.
