i dunno man, it's pretty much always eaten by itself as a side dish. You can deep fry it I guess but that's about it

Quite trendy in Britain a few years ago was Black Pudding with a Scallop on top.

My butcher does a "Stornoway Stack". It's a slice of black pudding and a slice of haggis with some streaky bacon wrapped around it and a creamy thick black peppercorn sauce on top. It is fucking delicious. £2 each. I have it with a fried egg.
