I'm an unliscenced fermented, fuck the police. Hipsters line up for ball jars of what I've got, larger jars, fewer ingredients, fewer preservatives, considerably cheaper.

Fermenting food doesn't really cost anything, many staple foods like cabbage, cucumbers, if you ferment them you still eat them in the same quantities. saurkraut isn't a condiment.
