If you can't enjoy the protein with a little salt or pepper maybe some garlic. Then you are poor and buying poor cuts of meat and masking the poor quality meat with inane amounts of seasoning

Your point is right but reasoning is wrong.
Not being able to enjoy protein seasoned simply is not a fault of the meat, but a fault within yourself.
Whereas it is not improper per se to enjoy meats seasoned heavily, to be incapable of turning around and enjoying a chicken breast with salt equally so is the mark of a hedonist too far gone. To enjoy meat for what it is, not what it has – the internal ability to do so is what truly matters.

no.
meat tastes good, but seasoning makes it way better, yes improving the meat flavor was primarily developed in hot climate countries were meat goes bad faster, but that's just a correlation don't you think it is more likely that it was developed in those countries because they had access to a much wider variety of spices??
and even in the case that improving meat flavor was done exclusively to hide bad meat why is that a problem? now you can enjoy good meat and the improved flavor.

The fact that you think of this as
>improving
is clear evidence of the immaturity of your palate. Cast it not as an improvement, but as an alteration, with neither form of meat superior to the other. Only then, with the ability to appreciate meats of both kinds, will you have ascended.

niggers think "seesun'n" is dumping a spice mix like Lawrys "seasoning salt" as the bare minimum because they've completely blown out their taste buds by hot sauce and a layer of oil on everything they eat, menthol cigarettes and weed. It's like the dumber the people are, the more spices they use. (ie Pajeets)
>>21435373
You've got it backwards.
Covering up food, especially meat with tons of spices and salt is common in poor classes and in brown people culture because that is how you preserve meat that is already starting to decay, keep flies from laying eggs in the meat by adding hot chilis and whatnot that flies wouldnt want to touch, and masking and changing the flavor of poor quality meat. Then you can get away with using rat meat and just saying it's goat. If it's swimming in some disgusting looking "curry", most people wont be able to tell the difference.
White people are more likely to be using fresh ingredients to add flavor. LITERALLY not a poorfag mindset. Fresh ingredients are better for you and more expensive than having a quart sized spice rub from walmart.
Also, sauces and seasoning (which technically is only adding salt to meat) are two different things you window licking dumbasses. OP didnt say anything about sauces. Sauces have nothing to do with seasoning meat. Brown people probably struggle with this concept though.

Filet mignon isn’t the best example as it isn’t a very flavorful cut but I get your point. Your palate has to be pretty compromised from over seasoning everything if you’re someone insisting on blasting prime rib-eye caps with tons of rubs and shit.

No one in these threads actually cooks. It's literally just a bunch of racist teenagers parroting the same shit they've seen said in other threads. Apparently their parents never cooked for them either because you could sit any of these retards down and present them with two steaks, one cooked with no seasoning and one cooked with salt and pepper, and they would instantly learn the error of their ways.

It's just typical soulless white Americans desperately trying to find some semblance of culture. Having failed that, they look at cultures they dislike and adopt the opposite position. Blacks use lots of seasoning and mock flyover boomers for not using any? Well, we like it that way! It's better to not use any seasoning!

So fucking stupid. Europeans have literally started wars over access to spice trading routes. Americans are a blight on this planet.

What we're saying is that black people coat their food in so much seasoning they blow out their taste buds and can't taste anything less than KFC seasoned everything.

>Wash your chicken
This advice came from low income areas where quality fridges are not a thing or they specifically buy near expired chicken.
The advice circulated to wash the slime off your nearly expired chicken.

It makes sense that this whole endeavor of over seasoning meat goes hand in hand with covering up funkiness of nearly expired food.

Incorrect. Some meat, like lamb, is gamey and needs certain seasoning to tone it down and counteract it. Like rosemary. Sure this is true for high end meats, but it does not apply to ALL meat, and definitely to all protein, which includes bland as fuck tofu and beans. That shit needs seasoning pronto.

The use of "protein" is because vegetarian/vegan options existed on the menu - aka tofu and other fake veggie protein sources. So the use of it shows off the person is a leftist or is from a left dominated area (and also a leftist thanks to indoctrination).
