oooo, Herdez chili pastes. They are so good! I have repurchased those guys over and over for a year now. I buy the pasilla and guajillo versions. They make the best chili pot, pork rubs, and taco simmering sauces. They go into my homemade soups and enchilada sauces.

Well shit. We went yesterday morning and until the afternoon and I don't feel like getting my pants or pyjamas on top check the car for receipts so this is from memory and I might miss a few things:
1.5lbs mature spinach
1.5lbs leaf broccoli (with bonus live cabbage worm!)
3lbs chingensai
Head of flat cabbage but I don't remember how much it weighs; ditto for the head of red cabbage and two daikons
2lbs Indian eggplants
2lbs of mini peppers
2lbs of mini cucumbers
5lbs of carrots
20 heads of garlic
A couple hands of ginger (forgot the weight of these, too)
30lb box of napa that wound up actually weighing 33lbs but it's sold by the box rather than by weight so I got 3lbs free
A 3lb monkfish tail that will be lunch today
A 2lb frozen dab that will be lunch on Thursday.
6lbs of buckwheat noodles
Different store:
2lbs of actually ripe lychee ($10/lb, the motherfuckers)
3lbs of cherry-plums
Frozen chive-and-tofu bao that will be part of lunch today
Different store:
2 Italian hoagies that were lunch yesterday (with cucumber salad and kimchi on the side)
Gallon of whole milk
3 cans of discounted LaCroix from the checkout fridge that we had with lunch yesterday (one lemon, two lime)
Ten 8oz bottles of pomegranate juice

I think that's everything.
Anyway, I'm done pooing so I'm gonna shower.

Just opened the fridge to start prepping lunch for when missus and kiddo get back from services and saw that I forgot we hit up a fourth store yesterday. Got
1,5lbs of zucchine
1lb of yellow summer squash
About 12oz of crimini mushrooms
1lb of "long hots"
1lb of plums which are honestly better than the cherry plums we bought earlier that day.

We do actually buy frozen pizza from time to time and I make homemade pizza fairly often (last time was a taco pizza for Cinco de Mayonnaise) but this was not one of those times and with the upcoming holiday, it likely won't be for quite some time.

Sterzings chips, the blandest chip available in the state of Iowa. The film they leave in your mouth is also a turn off.
