Haagen Dazs had a nice vanilla bean, rum raisin, and I sometimes buy the green tea flavor for a Japanese menu night. They're one of the remaining brands that doesn't seem filled with air or overly sweet. I really like their chocolate dipped ice cream bars.

It's actually amazing that a brand like Haagen-Dazs exists, hasn't been enshittified, and is still sold for a reasonable price in the current year. Literally the only brand I've ever seen in the supermarkets that sells real ice cream without any artificial crap added.

This. Haagen Dazs is the best mass produced brand by far in terms of basic quality. In an ideal world they'd be the universal reference ice cream and a bar to be jumped over but they're one of the best by simply doing nothing.

Everyone else invests billions of dollars to try to fuck you out of money by replacing cream with milk and thickeners or replacing sugar with sweeteners and corn syrup.
