My parents have tubs up to the ceiling of hard red wheat, hard white wheat, bakery cornmeal, oats, etc for food storage. They’ve finally allowed me to tap into it. Part of me wants to dive headfirst into sourdough, but my biggest fear is bread fatigue. Worst thing that can happen is I make too much experimenting and put off my family into eating it and I end up stopping. So my other thought is to start with noodles. What is the best part for a novice?

you can also just cook wheat berries on their own, or try making homemade cereal

Just try sourdough, make the starter it takes a couple weeks. I've been baking sourdough every week for 6 months and I don't have bread fatigue yet.
