For me, it's the humble Club Sandwich.

Ribeye steak. One 2 pound prime slab. Seared, then cooked rare on the grill.
A bowl of homemade German potato salad consisting of unpeeled red potatoes, green onions, bacon, some fresh herbs, and a dash of coarse ground mustard.
A large scoop of pecan praline ice cream.
And a couple glasses of whole milk.
